Ohhhhhmg.. I haven't blogged in AGES. There have got to be mushrooms proliferating in here (nudge, nudge, Mich!). Loads of interesting stuff has gone on since I last dropped by and I truly am remorseful for not putting them down here sooner. I can't help it being the Slowest Moving Being in the Universe.
The art students went to some of the other JCs to be awed by their fantastic A level pieces. And to get demoralised in the whole process as well. My favourite was Hwa Chong! I really liked the video and the installations. Which is like all of the stuff there. Their ideas are great and they're really creative. NJ was awesome too and GUESS WHO I MET THERE? Mister LIU LONGHAO!!! WHO IS ONE OF THE PEOPLE I MISS THE MOST. EVER. Gosh, he's practically a full-time English-speaking gentleman now! We had a nice talk (lots of catching up to do!) and because of that I didn't get to finish looking at the prep boards. But it was a nice talk nonetheless. He's much sweeter to me now! I was expecting him to collapse laughing when I told him that I'm taking art now but he didn't (at least not in front of me), which is cool. He's still really hilarious though. I miss my old classmates!
What else? The class has a Halloween party coming up. That's like tomorrow. And I'm going to be coming as a...oops it's a secret! It's going to be fun I think. We've already had loads of fun costume-hunting! We went to this huge costume store at Arab Street and I nearly died of laughter looking at everyone (okay and myself too) trying on the stuff there. We went out looking for costumes again yesterday and that almost killed me too. Amos bought a blond wig but Kong Meng looks better wearing it! He looks soooo pretty with that blond bob! I'd totally want to be his boyfriend. Check it out.
He looks awesome! It's a perfect fit. And it will totally help him when he feels like hugging other guys. Which is quite often. Anyway. Even though we were mighty tired, PY and I STILL had enough energy to camwhore on the train home! With only about one quarter of Singapore looking at us. Thanks Yimin for being our photographer!
I think the other commuters on the train finally understood what 'suspicious-looking people' that we keep getting warned about meant at that moment. HAHA. PY got that hat to go with his costume, which I think is going to look pretty cool. He's going as Fero, his Lunia character! Who carries a sunflower around!
OP is next week. Freak out! Our group started out good (just read one of my previous posts) but is kind of lagging behind now. I know. AGAIN??? Like no way! I so do not like PW.
